Standard Hot Tub Service Details.
Preliminary Water Analysis.
Test and record existing hot tub water for following factors: pH, sanitiser (Chlorine (free + combined) / Bromine), total dissolved solids, total alkalinity calcium hardness, temperature and clarity.
Equipment
Test ozone/UV, jet operation, diverter valve function, heater, circulating pump, booster pump, air blower, lighting, AV and inspect pipework
Filter Cartridges
Remove and soak in proprietary cleanser. Wash, dry and reinstall.
Remove Biofilm
Shock treat, cleanse and flush internal pipe work system with biofilm remover.
Cover
Clean and polish spa cover and treat with proprietary UV protector.
Drain
Empty hot tub.
Shell
Treat shell with proprietary surface cleaner.
Headrests
Remove and clean and refit headrests.
Vacuum Pipework
Vacuum pipework to remove residual water and debris prior to refill
Repairs & Faults
Report and or repair faults and remedial action required
Refill
Refill hot tub with fresh tap water
Commission
Prime all pumps, purge air and re-commission
Post Commission Water Analysis
Test refilled hot tub water for following factors: pH, sanitiser (Chlorine (free + combined) / Bromine), total dissolved solids, total alkalinity calcium hardness, temperature and clarity
Post Commission Water Treatment
Shock and balance water chemistry with your chemicals
Cabinet
Wash and polish cabinet
Equipment Bay
Not included in Standard Service.
Parts Discount

Duration
3 Hours (any extra time on site will be charged at £38.94 / half hour).
Travel Charges
A charge of £0.60 per mile is applied to mileage accrued outside a 25 mile radius from OX28 to and from destination.
Requirements
The hot tub must be filled and heated prior to the service visit to allow for testing and to facilitate flush treatment. Failure to fill and heat tub will result in an aborted visit which will be charged at £64.90/ hour+ mileage and VAT. Please advise in advance if you are unable to fill or heat hot tub.
Our technician will need access to equipment bay and side panels. Hot tubs recessed into decking must have decking removed to allow access to equipment bay prior to our arrival.
Utility Requirements
Our technician will need access to an outside tap and an electrical socket
